Course Description


A barista is a person who is specially trained in making & serving of coffee drinks as in a coffee bar. This course delves deeper into the coffee knowledge and skills needed to prepare and serve Espresso and Espresso based beverages and how to operate and troubleshoot equipment used. It covers setting the grind, dosing, tamping, extraction, milk frothing techniques, latte art, order processing and service.

This gives us great pleasure to introduce to our Barista Training program, another step to promote coffee in our country Nepal.
